"Basic" Web Site -- �295 for a year's presence.

This is a package suitable for a basic "presence" on the Internet. It does not offer an Internet e-mail reply service.
It allows you to describe your products or services, and to give your phone number, fax number, address, etc. so the world knows how to reach you.
A comparison to the price of a display ad in any printed media will show the value of this package.
Your Internet ad will be seen 24 hours a day, 365 days a year as opposed to a very short time span for the alternative.

"Basic +" Web Site -- �495 for a year's presence.

Same as the "Basic" Site, but includes e-mail facilities, additional Web pages, pictures and links.
If you want a limited promotion or have a small product line this may be a suitable presence on the Web for you.

"Standard" Web Site -- �695 for a year's presence.

The "Standard" Site expands what you can explain about your company or business by providing extra size and facilities.

"Bronze" Web Site -- �895 for a year's presence.

Additional capabilities and size allow more opportunities for customising the layout of the pages.

• We estimate about 200 -250 words of text per pages.
  
• A maximum of two scanned pictures, logos per page are recommended to keep access speed high.

• Links to other Web pages are additional to those inter-linking any of your web pages.
  
• Site publicity is to a minimum number, as detailed above, Web index systems like Yahoo, Lycos, Web-Crawler, etc so that prospective customers can find you relatively easily.
  
• E-Mail allows a potential client to send an E-Mail message by clicking a hyperlink on the Web page.
  
• Feedback forms ask for details of the sender and request him to supply information (of your choice), in a standard preformatted form, that is E-Mailed to you.
  This can be used in many ways. For instance, to find out his specific interests, from a list of choices, or to conduct a survey.

MSWORD AMIPRO ASCII

All the text to go into your web page must be supplied on 3.5 inch IBM format disks.
We prefer it in MSWord Version 6 or Lotus AmiPro Version 3.0 format. ASCII plain text is acceptable if the general layout is supplied in printed form.
Each page to be supplied as a different file.
If this is a problem please discuss with us the alternatives we can convert from.

GRAPHICS

GIF

We prefer graphics in GIF format but can convert from other popular formats.
Please do not supply in JPEG or other "lossy" formats.
If supplying artwork or pictures (not transparencies) for scanning please ensure that they are of high quality.
Please note.We cannot obtain suitable quality from printed pictures.

DATA FOR TABLES

EXCEL

Numeric and text data for tables needs to be supplied in MS Excel version 5.0.
Each table to be supplied as a different file.
If this is a problem please discuss with us the other spreadsheet formats we can convert from.

• Consultancy Service

  We can provide a consultancy service for clients that require an in-depth study of Web related issues or wish to investigate specific design concepts.
  Please discuss your requirements with us and we will give you an indication of the cost.

  

• Tables

  Enables information to be laid out in lined blocks. (See our price list above)
  Numerical data for tables can be accepted in MS Excel format and can also be converted from a number of other popular spreadsheets.
  Price is dependant on size of tables.

  

• Closed user group.

  This will limit access to your web pages, by means of an individual password, to those people authorised by you.
  It allows information you have posted to be withheld from any unauthorised parties and for you to have information on who accesses the data and when.
  Price is dependant on size of user group.

  

• Your own domain name and presence

  As an addition to the Bronze, Silver or Gold Web Site packages, instead of your Internet address being - www.uk-commerce.com/ yourcompany, we can set up your own personal domain that will have an address directly reflecting your company name in the form of - www.yourcompany.com. (The "yourcompany" is subject to acceptance by the registration authorities.)
  We will arrange registration, set up the site, and provide all the maintenance and features.
  The additional cost of this is �275 .

  

• Additional space / pages

  If additional pages or text space is required on any of the packages they can be added in blocks of 200 words / 1 page.

  

• Additional graphics

  If additional graphics are required on any of the packages they can be added. The service includes scanning and maintenance.

  

• Site maintenance

  Update work in addition to the standard Monthly minor changes to prices etc, (Up to 5 minutes per package, per month, or about one hour per package, per year.)
  Price by quotation dependant on maintenance time involved.

  

• File transfer capability

  File storage (data or text) and access facility to allow downloading by customers.
  Price by quotation dependant of volume of files stored.
